CRM audit
A systematic check of the records in a CRM against a list of rules, to measure how complete, accurate and usable the data is.
A CRM audit counts the records that fail each rule: contacts without an owner, companies without a domain, open deals without a close date, duplicates. The result shows where the data is weakest and what to fix first.
An audit is only useful if it's repeated. Running the same checks after each cleanup, or after each sync, shows whether the data is getting better or decaying again.
