Terms of service
The rules for using Forgeo.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
The service
Forgeo connects to your CRM, audits its data, proposes corrections and duplicate merges, and enriches records from public sources. These terms apply to every organisation and user of the service.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for the actions of the users of your organisation.
Your data and your CRM
You remain the owner of your data and confirm that you are allowed to connect your CRM and to have it processed by Forgeo.
Forgeo only writes to your CRM after an owner or admin of your organisation approves it. Field updates are logged and can be undone; merges are carried out by your CRM and cannot be undone. You are responsible for reviewing changes before approving them.
Acceptable use
You must not use Forgeo to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability
We work to keep Forgeo available and secure, but the service is provided without a guaranteed level of availability. We may change features over time and will inform you of any significant change.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Forgeo is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue or lost data resulting from changes you approved.
Termination
You can stop using Forgeo at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent French courts.
